No. We don't charge recruitment or placement fees. You simply pay a fixed monthly fee for your hire.

Every candidate goes through a rigorous vetting process including skills assessment, reference checks, and culture-fit evaluation. We only present talent who meet our high standards and your requirements.

We typically present 4-6 pre-vetted candidates for interviews within 7–10 working days.

We invoice you a flat rate monthly fee for the talent's salary. There are no placement or recruitment fees.

If the talent isn't the right fit and a replacement is required, we will start a replacement search and share new shortlisted candidates as quickly as possible.

Yes we do. Beyond recruitment, we support with onboarding and performance management, to ensure your new hire(s) settle in easily, understand what's expected and deliver consistently.
